Light Crane System Specifications and Configurations

These light cranes are nowhere near the scale of a standard steel overhead crane yet still have working load limits up to 2000kg

You should first decide whether you need a floor or ceiling mounted light crane, each having its own options. Floor mounted monorail systems are another possibility with curved track and turntable options as well as switches for multiple track systems and even door swivel sections which allow a track to be used through a doorway spanning two working bays for example.

• The maximum height possible for a floor mounted crane is 6.3 metres (6m under bridge).
• The maximum bridge length/span available is 10 metres.
• Length wise these light gantry cranes can be anything thanks to the modular track.
• Floor mounted cranes can have track lengths up to 9 metres between leg supports.
• Closed profile track sections come in 5 designs.
