Deliveries are made by ourselves or our preferred courier services and although we cannot guarantee we aim for next normal working day (any item on a Friday would generally be delivered on the Monday of the following week).This relates to smaller items such as our crane accessories; to facilitate our aim of next working day then any order should be confirmed before 2pm but would be subject to stock availabilities.
Delivery of our mobile gantry systems and Jib cranes are usually within 7-14 days as they are manufactured to order, however we may be able to get your crane to you sooner depending on various criteria; in exceptional circumstances delivery may take a little longer but we will always inform you and aim to get your cranes to you as quick as possible.
Delivery costs are based upon the final weight of your parcel and any requested special delivery requests. These would be agreed at the time of your order. It is important that somebody is around to receive and sign for the goods. Please note any damage needs to be reported to us in writing on the day the goods are received by you and the couriers paperwork noted with any signs of damage to goods or packaging.
However in any event the couriers accept no responsibility for damage unless a claim is made within 3 days of the delivery being signed for.
